Change Screen Time Notifications preferences on Mac
Use the Notifications pane of Screen Time preferences to view statistics about how often you receive notifications from apps.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu
> System Preferences, click Screen Time, then select Notifications in the sidebar. If you’re using Family Sharing, choose a family member from the pop-up menu in the sidebar. Open Screen Time Notifications preferences for me
Use the Today button, the left and right arrow buttons and the Show Usage pop-up menu to choose a day or week you want to display statistics for.
Show statistics for today: Click the Today button. Show statistics for a previous day: Click the left or right arrow button to change the date. Show statistics for this week: Click the Today button, then click the Show Usage pop-up menu and choose This Week. Show statistics for last week: Use the left arrow button to choose a date from last week, then click the Show Usage pop-up menu and choose Last Week. Show statistics for a previous week: Use the left arrow button to choose a date from a previous week, then click the Show Usage pop-up menu and choose the week. Switch display between a day or week: Click the Show Usage pop-up menu and choose the day or week.
Choose to display statistics for one app or all apps combined.
Choose the devices you want to display statistics for.
Display statistics for one device: Click the Devices pop-up menu, then choose a device. Display combined statistics for all devices: Click the Devices pop-up menu, then choose All Devices.
This option is available for you or a family member that has Screen Time set up on multiple devices.
