Change Displays Night Shift preferences on Mac
On your Mac, use the Night Shift pane of Displays System Preferences to shift your display to the warmer end of the colour spectrum. Warmer screen colours are easier on your eyes when you use your Mac at night or in low-light conditions.
Note: To find out if your Mac supports Night Shift, see the Apple Support article Use Night Shift on your Mac.
To change these preferences, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Displays, then click Night Shift.
To have Night Shift turn on automatically at certain times, choose an option.
Select to turn on Night Shift; deselect to turn it off. Night Shift remains on until the next day or until you turn it off.
Drag the slider to change the colour temperature Night Shift uses.
