How to contact Apple in American Sign Language (ASL) using SignTime
Apple Support is available through the video relay service SignTime, which uses video to connect you with a sign language interpreter.
Go to the SignTime webpage:
Select Connect with ASL Interpreter.
Give your browser permission to access your device's camera and microphone.
You'll be connected to an interpreter, and you can sign with them.
Your interpreter will contact Apple Support for you and translate your conversation.
After the call, you'll receive a brief survey about your support experience with your interpreter.
