Export assessments and results in Schoolwork
After you create an assessment, you can export the assessment and results to share with other teachers who use Schoolwork or another app, or to share information and results with students, parents, and others.
Depending on the data you want to include, you can export assessments as Common Cartridge files (CC 1.3), PDF files, or CSV files.
Export assessments to Share
In the Schoolwork app , tap Recent Activity, Assessments, a class, or a class archive in Archived in the sidebar.
Touch and hold the assessment you want to export, then tap Export.
Specify how you want to share the assessment.
Schoolwork saves the assessment in a Common Cartridge file (CC 1.3), then sends the file to the location you specified. You can share the file with other teachers who use Schoolwork and they can import the file as a new assessment. You can also share the file with teachers using other learning tools that support importing a Common Cartridge file.
Export assessments as PDF
In the Schoolwork app , tap Recent Activity, Assessments, or a class in the sidebar.
Tap the assessment you want to export, then do one of the following:
To export the assessment for a single student, touch and hold the name of the student you want, then tap Export as PDF.
To export the assessment for multiple students, tap Select in the upper-right corner, select one or more students in the list, tap More, then tap Export as PDF at the bottom of the window.
Note: If you’re scoring an assessment, you can also tap the disclosure arrow next to a student’s name at the top of the page, then tap Export as PDF.
Do one of the following:
To export only scores, tap Score Only.
Schoolwork saves assessment scores as a PDF file, then sends the file to the location you specified.
To export full assessments, tap Assessment with Score.
Schoolwork saves the original assessment, Markup actions, and scores as a PDF file, then sends the file to the location you specified.
When exporting an assessment for more than one student, Schoolwork saves the individual PDF files into a single [assessment title].zip file.
Export all results as CSV
In the Schoolwork app , tap Recent Activity, Assessments, or a class in the sidebar.
Tap the assessment with the results you want to export, tap , then tap Export as CSV.
Schoolwork saves all assessment results and analytics data as a CSV file, then sends the file to the location you specified.
