iTunes U for web course details
You can use the dashboard to view details for both in-session courses and self-paced courses, including the course name, the number of instructor posts and discussions in the course, students subscribed or enrolled in the course, and materials added to the course.

View a public course, published in the iTunes U catalog | By default, all courses created in iTunes U are private. To make a course public, affiliated instructors must submit a request to their institution’s iTunes U Public Site Manager administrator, then the administrator must add the course to the institution’s iTunes U site. |
View course posts, discussions (private courses only), roster (private courses only), or materials | The Posts, Discussion, Students, or Materials cell for the course. |
Share, duplicate, delete, transfer, send a copy, leave a course, or submit a course to the iTunes U catalog | Then choose Enroll Code, Duplicate Course, Delete Course, Transfer Course, Send a Copy, Leave Course, or Add to Public Catalog. Depending on your instructor role, iTunes U provides you with different privileges. |
View any unread, private messages in your course | Then choose the student progress cell for the message you want to view. |
