Use iCloud with the Keynote app
Do more with Keynote
With the Keynote app, you can create and edit presentations on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. You can do more with Keynote when you turn on iCloud.
Keep your presentations up to date: Keynote presentations stored in iCloud are kept up to date on all of your devices set up for Keynote and iCloud. You can also access them from a web browser on your Mac or Windows computer at iCloud.com.
Collaborate with others: Collaborate on presentations just by sharing a link. Everyone you share with can see the changes in real time.
Manage presentations with iCloud Drive: You can also use iCloud Drive on your device and on iCloud.com to organize, share, and delete your Keynote presentations.
iCloud storage
Keynote presentations stored in iCloud count toward your iCloud storage. This includes any presentations you create as well as presentations that are shared with you.
Get started
First, see Set up your devices to use iCloud with the Keynote app. Then learn what you can do with iCloud and Keynote on any device or on iCloud.com.
