You’re not connected to the internet
To view the user guide, you need to be connected to the internet. Try one of these methods.
Connection method | Description | ||||||||||

Wi-Fi | On your Mac, click | ||||||||||
Personal Hotspot | You may be able to use your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular models) to connect your Mac to the internet. On your Mac, click | ||||||||||
Ethernet | If you have access to an Ethernet network, connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port |
Don’t see the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar? Click
in the menu bar at the top of the screen, click Wi-Fi, then choose a network or your Personal Hotspot.
If you’re still unable to connect to the internet, contact Apple Support. You can use the Apple Support app (available from the App Store) on iPhone or iPad.
