See your MDM vendor’s documentation for training resources. Many MDM solutions also have support communities and online learning resources.
Develop a change management procedure that includes members of your deployment leadership team for decisions that impact the device and learning experience.
Take advantage of the Education Support resources available from Apple, including support by phone and the Apple Support Community.

Plan for ongoing support and service, including help desk, service procedures, documentation and monitoring. Depending on the scale of your deployment, consider integrating AppleCare Professional Support and Global Service Exchange (GSX) for self-service repairs.
