Create an account for Apple Business Register
An Apple Account is needed to sign in to the Apple Business Register web portal. It consists of an email address and a password.
Note: It’s best for each person in your organization to have their own Apple Account for Apple Business Register, rather than using a shared or personal Apple Account.
If you already have a personal Apple Account that you use for Apple Services (like App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, FaceTime, the iTunes Store, and more), it’s recommended that you create a new account using your work email and work phone number. See the Apple Account website to set it up.
Health Records is one of several features that Apple offers through Apple Business Register. If your organization or company already has an Apple Business Register account, do one of the following:
Create a new account exclusively for Health Records.
Add Health Records to your existing account. Go to Manage, select Authorize for Health Records, then click Done.
