Set up iCloud Keychain and iCloud Passwords on all your devices
You can use iCloud Keychain on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac. You can use iCloud Passwords on your Windows computer. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud Keychain and iCloud Passwords, see Use iCloud Keychain to keep passwords, accounts, and more up to date with iCloud.
You need to set up two-factor authentication before you can turn on iCloud Keychain.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on each device. If you have devices where you’re not signed in with your Apple ID or that have the iCloud Keychain or iCloud Passwords feature turned off, you won’t be able to access your information on those devices.
Set up iCloud Keychain on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Do one of the following:
iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Tap Passwords and Keychain, then turn on Sync this [device].
iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Tap Keychain, then turn on iCloud Keychain.

Set up iCloud Keychain on your Mac
On your Mac, do one of the following:
macOS 13.3 or later: Choose Apple menu > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, then click iCloud on the right. Below Apps Using iCloud, click Password & Keychain, then turn on Sync this Mac.
macOS 13 to 13.2: Choose Apple menu > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, click iCloud on the right, then turn on Password & Keychain.
macOS 12 or earlier: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Apple ID, click iCloud, then select Keychain.

Set up iCloud Passwords on your Windows computer
To use iCloud Passwords on your Windows computer, you need to sign in to iCloud for Windows using an account with two-factor authentication turned on, and have iOS 14, iPadOS 14, macOS 11, or later installed on the device receiving the security code.
If you don’t already have it, get iCloud for Windows. See the Apple Support article Download iCloud for Windows.
Open iCloud for Windows, select Passwords, then click Apply.
If you want to use the iCloud Passwords extension in a web browser, click Install Extension next to the browser’s name, then follow the onscreen instructions.
To use your passwords, go to a website in a supported browser. You can also open the iCloud Passwords app to manage them.
