Email a transfer recipient in iTunes U for web
As the owner of a course, you can transfer ownership of an existing course to another instructor. Until the new instructor accepts or declines the transfer invitation, you can use the Email Recipient button in the Admin | Instructors pane to send an email to the instructor; whether or not the instructor accepts the invitation.

In iTunes U
for web, click 
in the row with the course transfer pending status.Choose Instructors, then click Email Recipient.
iTunes U opens your default email client and displays a new email message using the address of the instructor in the address field (if an email is associated with the account).
