If you can’t create, import, edit, or delete contacts on iCloud.com
If your Apple Account is part of a Family Sharing group and has Screen Time Communication Limits turned on, you may not be able to do the following:
- Create a new contact 
- Import contacts 
- Edit any contact or edit a Downtime contact 
- Delete any contact or delete a Downtime contact 
Communication Limits can be set on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. See “Set up Screen Time for a family member” in the user guide for iPhone or iPad, or Set up Communication Limits in Screen Time on Mac in the Mac User Guide.
Note: You need to be on a tablet or computer to use Contacts on iCloud.com.
