Change Device Management settings on Mac
On your Mac, use Device Management settings to install, view or remove configuration profiles.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
in the sidebar, then click Device Management. (You may need to scroll down.)Do one of the following:
Add a profile: Click
.Delete a profile: Select the profile, then click
.
If you can’t remove a profile, your Mac may be a managed computer. Contact a system administrator in the school or institution that provided you with the computer for more information. Some profiles can only be removed by a system administrator of your Mac.
Important: Some profiles may have a time restriction that only allows them to be installed within a specific period of time. Make sure you install the profile within the specified time limit.
Configuration profiles are files that standardise settings for iPhone and iPad devices, Mac computers, Apple TV and Apple Watch. If you have a system administrator, you may be asked to install a configuration profile to access your network, email, VPN and other services.
