Export report details in Public Site Manager
You can use reports to retrieve reporting information for your site and download the reporting details to a tab-separated values file (tsv).
To view reports and review reporting information, you must first publish your site. See Publish your site in Public Site Manager.
Export report details
In Public Site Manager , click Reports, then click Details.
Specify a date range for the reporting information you want to view, then click Refresh Charts.
Click Download as TSV.
iTunes U Public Site Manager exports your report details to the following tab-separated values (tsv) file: provider itunes id_start date_end date_details.tsv. You can import the data from the file into a spreadsheet application (for example, Numbers) for presentations and organization.

View the aggregate value for user browsing.
Browsing occurs when a user views a page in your site. It’s analogous to browsing a page in a web browser.
SUBSCRIBE
View the aggregate value for user subscriptions.
Subscriptions occur when a user clicks the Subscribe button to subscribe to a course.
DOWNLOAD
View the aggregate value for user downloads.
Downloads occur for actions such as when a user clicks the Get button to download a material, clicks the Subscribe button to download all materials in a course, clicks to download a material on an iOS device, and when a user has turned on automatic downloads for a course on an iOS device and new materials are downloaded.
STREAM
View the aggregate value for user streams.
Streaming occurs for actions such as when a user clicks the Play button, double-clicks a material, or taps to play a material on an iPad, iPhone, or iPod.
AUTO_DOWNLOAD
View the aggregate value for user subscription downloads.
Subscription downloads occur for actions such as when a user has turned on automatic downloads for a course on an iOS device and new materials are downloaded.
