Keynote

Add text in Keynote on Mac
To add text to a slide, you can replace placeholder text, or add a text box or shape then type text in them.
Tip: If you have a Mac with M1 or later, you can use Writing Tools with Apple Intelligence to summarize selected text with a click, proofread your work, and create different versions of the same text to help you find the right wording and tone. You can also use ChatGPT with Writing Tools to compose and refine text. Select the text you want to refine, Control-click the text, click Writing Tools, then choose an option. To learn more about Apple Intelligence, see the Mac User Guide.
To add a caption or label to an object, see Add a caption or title to objects in Keynote on Mac.
