Maintain location information accuracy with Apple Business Connect
It’s important to keep your location data up to date in Apple Business Connect to ensure customers discover your business on Maps and know when to visit your business. If your Place Card states a location is open and your customer finds your location is closed, they can report this issue to Apple directly from your Place Card.
Apple reviews these reports and edits your Place Card to help ensure Maps shows accurate information about your location. Your company will receive an email from Apple Business Connect when Apple edits any of the following:
Location name
Status
