Select areas by drawing in the canvas in Pixelmator Pro on iPad
You can use any of the several drawing selection tools to make custom selections in your images.
In Pixelmator Pro on iPad, select any of the drawing selection tools from the tool group in the Tools sidebar:
Free Selection
Magnetic Selection.
Depending on the tool you selected, do one of the following:
Free Selection: Drag in the canvas to draw a selection.
Magnetic Selection: Drag in the canvas on the edge of an element in the image to place the first anchor point, then continue dragging to guide your selection around the element's edge. To place another anchor point and lock the selection segment you just drew, release, then continue dragging. To close the selection, tap the first anchor point.
