Change the canvas size in Pixelmator Pro on Mac
Changing the canvas size of an image changes its overall dimensions without affecting the size of its contents. The visible and editable area increases or decreases, while the contents remain unchanged.
In Pixelmator Pro on Mac, choose Image > Canvas Size.
In the Canvas Size dialog, click the unit pop-up menu, then choose a unit of measurement.
Enter a new width and height for the canvas.
By default, the values you enter set the new size of the canvas. If you select Relative, the values you enter are added to or subtracted from the current canvas size.
Drag the crop preview box in the dialog to choose which part of the image remains in the canvas and which parts are hidden.
Click OK.
