Use the Asset Gallery in Apple Business
Overview
In Apple Business, you can use the Asset Gallery to store, locate, and reuse approved photos for your organization’s brands. You can access the Asset Gallery under Brands. You need to add at least one location before you can upload a photo.
As you add more photos and Apple approves them, you can then sort them by type, status (in review or approved), or location. If you have more than one brand, the Asset Gallery shows them as separate albums of photos. If you use photos in different countries or regions, you can sort by country.
You can use an approved photo for more than one location and in more than one showcase. The Asset Gallery always shows the original photo for the feature it was uploaded for.
What’s the difference between removing a photo and deleting a photo?
You can remove a photo from a showcase or place card for a specific location or all locations. That photo is still available in the Asset Gallery. You can delete a photo only when that photo isn’t used for any features. When you delete a photo, it’s removed from the Asset Gallery. To remove a photo, see:
Note: To delete a photo, see Delete a photo from the Asset Gallery.
What do third-party partners see?
When a third-party partner signs in to Apple Business and selects Brands > Asset Gallery, they see only photos associated with brands that are shared with them.

Get photo info
In Apple Business, you can see info about a photo. For example, the same photo could be used in a showcase for three different locations. Usage shows the following information:
Photo name (you can change the file name of the photo)
Photo usage
Number and brand
Number and names of locations
Number and names of showcases
Locations for cover photo usage
Details about the photo:
Date the photo was uploaded
Photo type (Location, Showcase, or Cover Photo)
Note: The first use of a photo is the photo type (similar to a keyword or tag). For example, if the photo is used for a Location first, the photo type appears as Location, even when the photo is removed from that location. Photos can also have more than one type associated with them. For example, if a photo was once used for a location and a cover photo, it will always have two photo types: location and cover photo.
