Choose a sort order for lists in Chinese on Mac
You can sort items in the Finder by name. When you choose a language for your Mac, the sort order for names is automatically set. If you include Chinese in your preferred languages, several sort orders are available.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
in the sidebar, then click Language & Region on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)Verify that a Chinese or Cantonese language is listed below Preferred Languages. If not, set up a Chinese or Cantonese input source.
Click the List Sort Order pop-up menu, then choose a sort order:
Chinese (Pinyin Sort Order): Unicode sort order based on Pinyin.
Chinese (Radical-Stroke Sort Order): Standard Kangxi sort order, organized by radical, then stroke count.
Chinese (Simplified Chinese Sort Order - GB2312): Simplified Chinese sort order based on the GB2312 character set.
Chinese (Stroke Sort Order): Unicode sort order based on strokes.
Chinese (Traditional Chinese Sort Order - Big5): Traditional Chinese sort order based on the Big5 character set.
Chinese (Zhuyin Sort Order): Traditional Chinese sort order based on Zhuyin (bopomofo) phonetic symbols.
