Take a capture or recording of your view on Apple Vision Pro
You can capture what’s in your view as a still image or recording. Everything you see in your view will be included, including your physical room, Environment, and apps.
Note: Your view is obscured when entering a password or passcode.
When you take a capture or recording, it’s automatically saved to Photos 
.
Capture a still image of your view
Do either of the following:
Simultaneously press the Digital Crown and the top button.
Say, “Siri, take a screenshot.”
Record your view
Open Control Center, then tap Record My View.
To stop recording, open Control Center, then tap Record My View again.
Your view recording is saved to the Photos app.
To share your view with others on a compatible screen (like a TV), see Use View Mirroring or AirPlay Receiver.
Record your view in high quality
High-quality recording captures your view in unfoveated 4K resolution, at 30 fps, from a single eye. Recording in this higher resolution is useful if you want to create polished, professional-looking videos of Apple Vision Pro.
Note: When you use high-quality recording, render quality on Apple Vision Pro is reduced, the recording may not exactly match what you see in your view, and recording sessions are limited to 3 minutes.
Go to the Settings app
on your Apple Vision Pro.Tap General, tap Captures & Recordings, then choose High Quality.
Tap Turn On.
Open Control Center, then tap Record My View. High Quality appears below Record My View to indicate your recording is captured in high quality.
To stop recording, open Control Center, then tap Record My View again.
Your view recording is saved to the Photos app.
Important: You can’t start high-quality recording if Mirror My View is already on, or you're sharing your view in a FaceTime call. To record in high quality, turn on High Quality before you turn on Mirror My View or start sharing. Mirror My View and sharing in a FaceTime call automatically stop when the high-quality recording stops.
