Remove a brand in Apple Business

You can remove a brand in Apple Business. When you do, any locations associated with the brand are removed and all related features are turned off. Removed locations may still appear on Maps and across Apple, but you can no longer manage them in Apple Business.

Before you can remove a brand with at least one location, you need to give the reason you’re removing it (one of the following):

Someone else manages this brand: You no longer have the authority to make changes on behalf of the brand and all of its locations.
This brand is no longer in operation: The brand and all of its locations are removed from your Apple Business account and marked permanently closed in Apple Maps.

Important: When you remove a brand from Apple Business, it also removes its logo, photos, and other assets from all of its locations.

Remove a brand

In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role has permissions to manage brand profiles.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Brands > Brand Profiles.
Search for and select the brand you want to remove.
Select Remove Brand, then select a reason for removing the brand.
Select Remove.
