Manage ads in Apple Business
Overview
You can edit ads, remove them, and change which ad is running on the Ads page. To get there, select Campaign in the left navigation bar. Next to Ads, select View All. On the Ads page, you’ll see your selected ad—this is the current ad running for this campaign and the library of ads that you’ve created but aren’t currently running.
Important: You can run only one ad per campaign.
Selected ad
This is the ad that you’ve set to run for this campaign. You’ll see the ad name, status, promotional text, and assets. If you want to change your selected ad, go to your library and find an eligible ad that you want to run. Then select the swap button next to the ad name. This immediately pauses your existing selected ad and sets the new ad to run.
Library
Library shows all of the ads that you’ve created within this campaign but aren’t currently running. You’ll see ad names, statuses, promotional text, and assets. You have the option to filter your library by ad status or by available promotional text languages. You can also use the search field to search for an ad name. Select the column header to sort the columns alphabetically.
Ad status
Use the Status column to view an ad’s status. If a status is set to Eligible, it’s eligible to run. If it’s set to Rejected, it’s ineligible to run. Some statuses may have an Information button next to them so you can learn more.
Edit or remove an ad
In the ads library, locate the ad you want to edit, then select
. Can change the ad name, assets, and promotional text. If you change these details, your ad may need to be reviewed again by Apple before it’s eligible to run.
You also have the option to make an ad your selected ad, or to remove it completely. If you remove the ad, it moves to the Removed section of the library and you won’t be able to set it to run again.
