Configure an AirPrint setting in Apple Business Essentials
AirPrint is an Apple technology that helps you create full-quality printed output without the need to download or install drivers.
You can repopulate your list of available printers with AirPrint-enabled printers both on iPhone, iPad, and on Mac computers. See the following:

- In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user who has the role of Administrator. 
- Select Settings  in the sidebar, then select All Settings. in the sidebar, then select All Settings.
- Select the Add button  next to AirPrint next to AirPrint . .
- Under Platform, select the operating systems you would like to configure this setting for. 
- Enter the following information: - The IP address or fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the printer 
- The port used for sending a print job to the printer 
- The resource path for the printer

- Select Save.
