Problemi con i collaboratori del corso in iTunes U per il web
In caso di problemi a invitare i collaboratori, accettare e rifiutare gli inviti dei collaboratori o lavorare con più docenti in iTunes U per il web, tieni a mente quanto segue:
Solo il proprietario del corso può aggiungere un collaboratore al corso.
Per aggiungere un collaboratore, devi specificare un ID Apple o un ID Apple gestito valido nel pannello Amministratore | Docenti.
I collaboratori possono contribuire a sviluppare, modificare e gestire il corso, ma non possono:
Modificare l’istituto o le informazioni sulla licenza
Inviare il corso al catalogo iTunes U
Aggiungere altri docenti al corso
Eliminare, duplicare, trasferire o inviare una copia del corso
Aggiungi materiale al corso dalla Libreria materiali
Quando un collaboratore aggiunge materiale a un corso, iTunes U inserisce i nuovi contenuti nella sezione Materiali del corso e nella Libreria materiali del proprietario del corso. Per aggiungere link iTunes ai materiali, i collaboratori devono assicurarsi che facciano riferimento ad articoli presenti nel Paese del proprietario del corso.
Per invitare un collaboratore a un corso gestito, è necessario che sia tu che il collaboratore siate associati alla stessa organizzazione in Apple School Manager o che l’istituto iTunes U Public Site Manager del collaboratore sia collegato alla tua organizzazione Apple School Manager. Uno studente di un corso gestito non può essere invitato a essere anche un collaboratore in un corso.
Anche se iTunes U supporta l’accesso simultaneo ai corsi, apportare modifiche contemporaneamente allo stesso corso potrebbe causare una perdita di dati. Per esempio, potrebbero verificarsi conflitti se due o più docenti modificano un corso nello stesso momento. In casi simili, iTunes U aggiorna il corso in base alle modifiche salvate dal primo docente. Poiché i successivi tentativi di salvataggio potrebbero causare una perdita di dati, Apple consiglia di usare il più possibile il copia e incolla dei contenuti durante la modifica dei corsi.
Se il proprietario di un corso gestito non è più associato all’organizzazione Apple School Manager (per esempio se il docente va in pensione), iTunes U trasferisce automaticamente il corso a un docente iTunes U alternativo indicato nelle informazioni della classe in Apple School Manager.
