View and assign roles in Apple Business Essentials
In Apple Business Essentials, you can assign a role to a user account.
View a role
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator or People Manager.
Select Access Management in the sidebar, then select Roles .
Select a role to view a list of the privileges associated with it.
Select the Search button , then select the Filter button to filter your results.
Edit the role for a user
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator or People Manager.
Select Users in the sidebar, then select or search for a user in the search field. See How to search.
Select the user from the list.
Select the Edit button , select a role and location, then select Save.
Edit the role for multiple users
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator or People Manager.
Select Users in the sidebar, then select or search for users in the search field. See How to search.
Select the users from the list.
Select Add next to Add Role or Location, select a role, and, if necessary, a new location for the users, then select Continue.
Do one of the following:
Select Activity to view this activity.
Select Done.
