Edit or remove a brand in Apple Business Connect
Edit a brand name or logo
If your company changes its brand name or logo, you can edit that information in Apple Business Connect. After the changes are made, updates must be approved by Apple and it can take up to 5 business days for this information to appear in Apple services for your customers.
Remove a brand
You can remove a brand in Apple Business Connect. When you do, any locations associated with the brand are removed and all related features are turned off. Removed locations may still appear on Maps and across Apple, but you can no longer manage them in Apple Business Connect.
Before you can remove a brand with at least one location, you must give the reason you’re removing it (one of the following):
Someone else manages this brand: You no longer have the authority to make changes on behalf of the brand and all of its locations.
This brand is permanently closed: The brand and all of its locations are removed from your Apple Business Connect account and marked permanently closed in Apple Maps.

Important: When you remove a brand from Apple Business Connect, it also removes its logo, photos, and other assets from all of its locations.
Edit a brand name
If you’re not already signed in to Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator or Developer.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list
.Select Brands in the sidebar.
Select the brand, then select Update.
Edit the name of the brand, then select “Send for Review” to send your changes to Apple for verification and approval.
Update a brand logo
When you update a brand logo, it’s replaced in all the areas associated with that logo:
Every logo for every location
Every merchant ID
All domain, sub domains or email addresses in the Branded Mail
If you’re not already signed in to Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list
.Select Brands in the sidebar.
Select the brand, then select Update.
Review where the brand update will appear after it’s approved by Apple, then select Continue.
Locate an image, then drag it to the Upload Logo field.
Use the Square and Circle buttons to preview how your image will be cropped on your Place Card in Maps and Apple Wallet. One crop is applied to both locations and your logo displays as a square in most Apple features.

Select Add.
Apple verifies and approves the updated logo to make sure it meets the standards and guidelines before you can use them. After verification and approval, the brand and logo are displayed in Maps, on Place Cards in Apple Wallet for Apple Pay transactions, and more.
Remove a brand
If you’re not already signed in to Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator or Developer.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list
.Select Brands in the sidebar, then search for and select the brand you want to remove.
Select Remove Brand, then select a reason for removing the brand.
Select Remove.
