Share Apple Business Connect with a Third-Party Partner
You may want to delegate management of your business or businesses to a Third-Party Partner in Apple Business Connect. This allows you to focus on your business and lets the Third-Party Partner manage your businesses and locations.
If you do choose to allow a Third-Party Partner to manage your content, that content is subject to same policies as if you created the content.
The Third-Party Partner must have an Apple Business Connect account and already be verified by Apple. To get a Third-Party Partner started, send them this link: Create a Third-Party Partner account.
There are two ways to share your businesses with a Third-Party Partner:

Share your businesses with a Third-Party Partner using OAuth
Before a Third-Party Partner can manage your Business Connect business, location, and Showcase data, you must authorize them. Follow these steps on your Third-Party Partner website to allow access to Apple Business Connect information.
Note: Each Third-Party Partner may have different steps to complete the process. Contact your Third-Party Partner for additional information.
Sign in to your Third-Party Partner website.
Navigate to the page containing the Apple Business Connect account connection.
Initiate the connection between your Third-Party Partner website and Apple Business Connect.
If you agree to the terms and conditions, then select Allow for your Third-Party Partner to manage your company’s businesses’ location and Showcase information in Apple Business Connect.
Share your businesses with a Third-Party Partner using a Partner ID
In Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
Select the Company page on the left sidebar, then select the Access tab.
Select Share access.
In the Share access dialog, enter the following:
The Third-Party Partner’s ID: Contact the Third-Party Partner for this ID.
Select a role: In agreement with your Third-Party Partner, you must decide on which Apple Business Connect role they should have. If you want them to view and change all information about your business and its locations, you must select Business Admin. If they can view, but not change any information about your business and its locations, then you must select Business Read-only.
Choose the level of access: Choose whether the Third-Party Partner has access to all your current and future businesses or just specific ones.
Select Done.
Select Invite to send the invitation to the Third-Party Partner.
Notify the Third-Party Partner to expect an email so—if necessary—they can make sure any filters allow mail from all apple.com domains.
Remove access from a Third-Party Partner from the Company page
You may want to remove a Third-Party Partner from managing your content.
In Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
Select the Company page on the left sidebar, then select the Access tab.
In the Share access section, select Edit next to the Third-Party Partner you want to remove.
Review the information, then select Remove Access.
Confirm you want to remove access, then select Remove.
Remove access from a Third-Party Partner from the Business page
You may want to remove a Third-Party Partner from managing your content.
In Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
On the Business profile page, select the Access section.
Find the Third-Party Partner you want to remove in the list, then select Edit.
Select Remove Access.
Confirm you want to remove access, then select Remove.
Verify a location added by a Third-Party Partner
If you’ve shared your SMB business or businesses with a Third-Party Partner, you’re enabling that Partner to add locations to your businesses. After they add a location, you receive an email with details of the location added to your shared business. You must then verify that location.
In Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
