Add presenter notes in Keynote for iCloud
In Keynote for iCloud, you can add notes to help you present the information on a slide. You can then view those notes while you’re presenting in Keynote for Mac, Keynote for iPhone, or Keynote for iPad.
Important: To see your presenter notes while playing the presentation, you must open the presentation using Keynote for Mac, Keynote for iPhone, or Keynote for iPad and set up your computer or device to show your presentation on a connected display. The notes appear only on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad (not on the connected display), so only you can see them.
Add presenter notes to a slide
Click the View button in the toolbar, then choose Show Presenter Notes.
Type notes in the white area below the slide.
The thumbnails for slides with presenter notes have a small lined square in the top-right corner.
To format your notes, select the presenter note text, then use the controls in the Format sidebar on the right.
Hide presenter notes
You can hide presenter notes while working on your presentation.
Click the View button in the toolbar, then choose Hide Presenter Notes.
