Erase a device in Apple Configurator 2
Selecting this action erases and unsupervises any devices and queues up the action on the Blueprint so when it’s applied to devices, they’re immediately erased. If the device is unsupervised, you can erase and restore it.
In Apple Configurator 2
, select one or more devices you want to erase or one or more Blueprints.Do one of the following:
Choose Actions > Advanced > Erase All Content and Settings.
Control-click the selected devices or Blueprints, and choose Advanced > Erase All Content and Settings.
