Set a keyboard shortcut to switch input sources on Mac
If keyboard shortcuts open Spotlight or a Finder window instead of the Input menu, change the conflicting shortcuts in Keyboard settings.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)Click Keyboard Shortcuts on the right.
Select Spotlight on the left, then deselect the tickboxes or set new shortcuts (click the current shortcut, then press the key combination you want to use).
Select Input Sources on the left, then select the tickboxes for “Select the previous input source” and “Select next source in Input menu”.
