4. Await administrative review by Apple
After you successfully complete the previously described tests, Apple performs an administrative review of your application.
If your organization is approved: Apple sends you an email informing you that your organization is approved for Health app data Share with Provider. Continue to the next step.
If your organization is not approved: If Apple discovers problems, Apple sends you an email describing why your application wasn’t accepted and may offer suggestions for correcting the problem.
