Get phone support after your complimentary support ends

All Apple devices come with 90 days of complimentary support. If you check your coverage details and find that your Apple device isn't covered for complimentary telephone technical support, you have options.

Devices still in warranty

If your device is within our limited warranty, you might be able to buy an AppleCare+ plan or an AppleCare Protection Plan for additional coverage.

If you're not eligible to purchase an AppleCare plan, you can buy a single incident of support.

Out of warranty devices
