The Radio screen in the Apple Music app offers always-on Apple Music radio stations, including Apple Music 1, Apple Music Hits, and Apple Music Country, as well as a collection of broadcast and other stations based on different genres. Stations created by experts provide a great way to explore and enjoy new music. You can also create your own custom stations, based on your pick of artist, song, or genre.
Open Music on Apple TV, then select Radio in the menu bar.
Navigate to an Apple Music radio station, then select it to listen to live radio, or browse and select to play previously recorded shows.
You can play thousands of broadcast radio stations on Apple TV.
Open Music on Apple TV, then select Radio in the menu bar.
Do any of the following:
Use Siri: Press and hold the Siri button on the Siri Remote.
Siri: Say something like:
“Play Wild 94.9”
Browse stations: Navigate down to Broadcast Radio, then select a radio station in the row to start playing it.
Search for a station: Select Search in the menu bar, enter the station in the search field, then select the search result to start playing the station.
Open Music on Apple TV, then select Radio in the menu bar.
Navigate down to Radio by Genre, then select a genre.
Browse and select a station to start listening.
Open Music on Apple TV.
Navigate to Now Playing, then navigate down to see the currently playing song.
Do one of the following:
Press and hold the clickpad center (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or the touch surface (Siri Remote 1st generation) and select Create Station.
Press the clickpad center or touch surface to show additional controls, select the More button , then select Create Station.
Newly created stations appear in the Recently Played category of the Radio screen.
