Use Digital Prism Correction on Apple Vision Pro
With visionOS 26 or later, you can add prism values from your prescription to provide digital image adjustments in Apple Vision Pro in accordance with your prism prescription.
To use the Digital Prism Correction feature, you must have a prescription from an eye-care professional that includes prism values.
Note: Not all prism prescriptions are supported, and not all countries and regions support Digital Prism Correction. For more information on feature availability and supported prism prescriptions, see the Apple Support article Use Digital Prism Correction in Apple Vision Pro.
Set up Digital Prism Correction
On Apple Vision Pro, go to Settings
> Eyes & Hands.
Under Displays & Optical Inserts, tap
next to your ZEISS Optical Inserts (or if you don’t use ZEISS Optical Inserts, next to Default Displays).Tap Add Prism Prescription, then turn the Digital Crown to select Yes, Prism Is in My Prescription.
Choose Base or Angle to indicate which type of prism values are in your prescription.
Select an eye to start with, then add all relevant prism values for that eye.
Repeat for your other eye, if necessary.
When you finish adding prism values, tap Confirm.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the eye setup.
Note: Setting up Digital Prism Correction resets your existing eye setup. You can always redo eye setup if needed.
Tip: You can also add or edit prism values using the Apple Vision Pro app on your iPhone. See View or scan your vision prescription information.
Update or remove Digital Prism Correction settings
On Apple Vision Pro, go to Settings
> Eyes & Hands.
Under Displays & Optical Inserts, tap
next to your ZEISS Optical Inserts or next to Default Displays.Tap Update Prism Prescription or Remove Prism Prescription.
Use the Digital Prism Correction feature with Guest User
When someone uses your Apple Vision Pro with Guest User, they can use Digital Prism Correction if they’ve set up the feature before on their own Apple Vision Pro and saved their setup information to their iPhone or iPad. (You can’t set up Digital Prism Correction for the first time as a guest user.)
Your guest’s prism values will be applied to your Apple Vision Pro when they use their iPhone or iPad to start a Guest User session.
