Where can I find a certified repair that’s covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty or an AppleCare plan?
Our large network of Apple Authorised Service Providers offer Apple-certified repairs using genuine Apple parts. Only repairs performed directly by Apple or by an Apple Authorised Service Provider are covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty and AppleCare plans. If you aren’t sure if a provider is an Apple Authorised Service Provider, here’s where to check.
Independent, non-authorised repair providers have access to genuine Apple parts and repair resources, but do not provide Apple-authorised repairs covered by the Apple Limited warranty or AppleCare. They may offer their own repair warranty, but non-authorised repairs are not backed by Apple unless required by law. Any damage that your device may incur by a non-authorised repair provider is not covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty or an AppleCare plan.
