Rearrange pages in Pages for iCloud

You can easily rearrange the pages in a page layout document to appear in any order.

Note: You can’t rearrange individual pages or sections in a word-processing document as described in this task. However, you can move any amount of content around by cutting and pasting it in new locations.

Go to Pages for iCloud , then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In your page layout document, click in the toolbar, then choose Page Thumbnails.
In the left sidebar, click a page thumbnail to select it, then drag it to a new location in the sidebar.
