Review the edit multiple locations template in Apple Business
You use the edit multiple locations template to edit all your locations information.

Overview
There are three main content types:
Required: This content is required for the location.
Optional: This content may be added for the location.
Conditional: This content might be required depending on whether optional content is added.
The following location content can’t be added to the template file:
Organization logo
Cover photo
Showcases
Action links (To update Action links for your locations, see Manage Actions for your showcase.)
Best practices
Follow these best practices when using the edit locations template file:
Use the included reference files to find the correct values for Categories, Service hours and “Good to Know” attributes that best represent your locations.
View the example file to understand the correct formatting for each attribute.
Give your file a unique name that you can recognize and easily identify in the Activity Center.
Don’t delete any columns from the template. Rows may be removed if you don't need to add more locations.
You can delete a value from a cell if you want to remove it from the location, as long as it’s not required. Make sure all values you want to keep appear in your file before you submit it.
If a field has more than a single value (for example. “Good to Know,” Additional Categories), use the pipe “|” as the delimiter to separate multiple values. For example, if there are three “Good to Know” attributes for a location, add them in the file using the following format:
Accepts Cash|Accepts Apple Pay|Takeout
For localized or translated content (for example, Alt Language|Name, Alt Language|About Description), pair each language code with its corresponding text using a semicolon “;” and a pipe “|” to separate multiple language entries. For example:
es-US;Brand Cafetería|es-MX;Brand Cafetería
en-US;Your first stop for morning coffee. Fresh daily pastries and espresso.|es-US;Su primera parada para el café de la mañana. Pasteles frescos diarios y espresso.
Hours can be entered as free text. You don’t need to follow a strict format. See the Edit locations template content list.
If a numeric field starts with a zero (for example, a postal code), start the value with an apostrophe so the value is processed correctly by Apple.
If something can’t be edited in the Apple Business web portal, you’ll be unable to edit it using the
.tsvfile.If you add columns that aren’t recognized by Apple, they’re ignored during processing.
