Review your company info in Apple Business Connect
You can review information about your company and add an optional company nickname, which isn’t shown to customers. You can also contact Apple Support to change other information about your company.
To view a task below, select the plus button next to its title.
Add an optional company nickname
In Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
Select the company name in the sidebar , then select More next to the company name.
If necessary, add an optional company nickname (not shown to customers).
Select Save.
Edit info for a company
In Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
Select the company name in the sidebar , then select More next to the company name.
Edit any changed information, then select Save.
Contact Apple Support
In Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .
Select your initials at the bottom left of the sidebar, select Support then select Contact Us.
Enter the appropriate information, then select Send.
