Configure a Lock Screen setting in Apple Business Essentials
The Lock Screen setting allows you to set the information and appearance of items on the Lock Screen of an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
Select Settings in the sidebar, then select All Settings.
Select the Add button next to Lock Screen .
Under Platform, select the operating systems you would like to configure this setting for.
Choose any of the following Lock Screen features:

You can choose a message to display above the login prompt. You might use this to provide a warning about unauthorized use.

Select User name/password to allow the user to enter both their user name and password.
Select List of users to show local users in the Login window.

Choose whether Fast User Switching is available from the menu bar.

Notification history
Choose whether previous notifications can be reviewed on the Lock Screen. If this setting is turned off, new notifications are still visible when they arrive.
