View and assign roles in Apple Business Essentials
Roles are location based. This means that a user can be assigned a Device Enrollment Manager role in one location but be assigned a Content Manager role in another location.
Because users can have several roles assigned to them, it’s a good idea to plan role assignments before assigning any roles.
