The Apple TV app  is the first place you go to watch movies, TV shows, and sports on your Apple TV.

In the Apple TV app, you can:

• Continue playing TV shows and movies from all your apps, all in one place

• Subscribe to and watch Apple TV+, featuring original TV shows and movies from Apple

• Subscribe to and watch MLS Season Pass, featuring every live Major League Soccer regular-season match, the entire playoffs, and Leagues Cup, all with no blackouts

• Subscribe directly to just the channels you want with Apple TV channels

• Get recommendations for just you, or for everyone in your household

• Watch movies and TV shows shared with you from the Messages app on another Apple device

• Use the Store to get the world’s best movies and TV shows for purchase, rental, or subscription, including Apple TV channels you haven’t subscribed to yet

• Find and watch live sports, including Friday Night Baseball and Sunday Night Soccer, and turn on My Sports to follow your teams in the Apple TV app on Apple TV, as well as the Apple News and Apple Sports apps on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad

• Access your entire movie and TV show collection in the Library
