iPad in landscape orientation with the Notes app open. In the top left of the screen, #family is entered in the search field. Below the search field are the search results, with the selected note open on the right side of the screen. In the upper-right corner of the note are the Checklist, Camera, Show Handwriting Tools, Note Actions, and New Note buttons. In the upper-left corner of the note is the Full Screen button.
