Change Screen Time Options preferences on Mac
Use the Options pane of Screen Time preferences to choose options and to turn Screen Time on or off.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Screen Time , then select Options in the sidebar.
The available options vary depending on the type of user account, whether you’re signed in with your Apple ID, and whether you’re setting up Screen Time for a child in a Family Sharing group.
Turn Screen Time on or off:
Share across devices
Include time spent on other devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID in the Screen Time reports.
You need to select this option on each device you want to include in the Screen Time reports.
This option is available when you’re signed in with your Apple ID.
Include Website Data
Include website data in Screen Time reports.
This option is available when a child in a Family Sharing group is selected in the Screen Time sidebar.

You can’t use this option for a person who has an account on the Mac.
Set up Family Sharing
Set up Family Sharing. This option is available if you haven’t already set it up.
