View Pickups settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Pickups settings in Screen Time to view statistics about how often you wake your devices and which apps you use first after waking them.
To view device pickup statistics on your Mac, choose Apple menu 
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu and choose a family member (if you’re a parent/guardian in a Family Sharing group), then click Pickups.
If you don’t see Pickups, you need to turn on Screen Time for the selected family member.

Device | Use the Device pop-up menu to choose the devices you want to display statistics for.
This option is available if you or a family member has Screen Time set up on multiple devices. | ||||||||||
Date | Use the Today button, the left and right arrow buttons, and the Date pop-up menu to choose a day or week you want to display statistics for.
