Stop sharing your location with others in your Family Sharing group on Mac
Each family member in a Family Sharing group can choose whether or not to share their location with other family members in Location Sharing settings in Family Sharing.
To see the location of each other’s devices, family members can use the Find My app on their Mac, iOS device, and iPadOS device. They can also use a web browser to access the Find My app on iCloud.com.
Family members can use the Find My app or Messages app to help meet at a specific place, see when another family member is nearby, or make sure a child is where they expect.
If you need privacy, you can stop sharing your device locations with individual family members.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Family in the sidebar.
If you don’t see Family, set up Family Sharing.
Click Location Sharing on the right, then turn off location sharing next to the name of the person you want to stop sharing your location with.
