CPSI (Thrive customers)
All Thrive customers on the Thrive Web Client platform have been enabled with FHIR API Resources. If you are interested in registering your organization for the enablement of the Health app data Share with Provider, contact your Client Success Manager or Account Manager. They will provide details about the registration process and will assist in the activation and onboarding process. More information can also be found on the CPSIQ webpage.
The Web Client is required, so if you haven’t yet migrated to the Thrive Web Client, contact your Client Success Manager or Account Manager to begin those processes. See Thrive Web Client on the CPSI website.
If you intend to register your organization to support Health Records or Health app data Share with Provider, and your organization has already enabled FHIR API endpoints, complete the registration process described in this document. Ensure that patients’ OnPatient accounts are connected to the appropriate DrChrono provider account.
During the registration process, a notification is sent to DrChrono, and then a DrChrono Account Manager provides you with the necessary information to complete the process.
If you’re unsure whether your organization can participate or if you have questions about this process, contact your DrChrono Account Manager or submit a support ticket to DrChrono.
Your organization must be LIVE with Expanse using version 2.2 priority pack 13 or 2.1 priority pack 26. See the MEDITECH document Enabling Sharing of Apple Health app Data with Providers.
