Overview of Apple Business Connect
Whether you’re running a small business, a large enterprise with several brands, a government institution, or a business without a physical location that provides a service or operates fully online, Apple Business Connect—Apple’s free, web-based portal—can help you reach more customers.
All businesses can reach more customers by creating a visual brand identity and displaying it across Apple features and apps like Branded Mail and Tap to Pay on iPhone.
If you have physical business locations, you can easily personalize your Place Card on Maps to bring your business to life and connect with more customers. And, with features like Showcases and Actions, you can deliver timely information, share an offer, and drive customer engagement through ordering food, getting tickets, booking a reservation, and more. You can also get data about how your business is being viewed in Maps.
Apple Business Connect can be used by two main entity types:
Company/Organization: Owners of a company or organization, where you directly manage how your businesses and brands appear to customers.
Third-Party Partner/Agency: Data providers or data managers who work on behalf of companies or organizations on how businesses and brands appear to customers.
Get started by Signing in with an Apple Account you use for your business.
