Download new content in Final Cut Pro for Mac
In addition to the content that is installed with Final Cut Pro, you can download new Final Cut Pro transitions, titles, and generators with an Apple Creator Studio subscription.

Subscribe to Apple Creator Studio, then open Final Cut Pro for Mac.
When you open Final Cut Pro for the first time after subscribing, Final Cut Pro automatically downloads the additional transitions, titles, and generators to your Mac. As new items become available, you can download them individually or by category.
In Final Cut Pro, do any of the following:
Open the Transitions browser: Click the Transitions button in the top-right corner of the timeline (or press Control-Command-5).
Open the Titles and Generators sidebar: Click the Titles and Generators button in the top-left corner of the Final Cut Pro window (or press Option-Command-1).
Items that require downloading are marked with a Download button
.New items are marked with a purple dot. When new content items become available, they appear in their respective categories. They also appear in a New category, so you can easily see all new items. New items show a purple dot until they have been accessed on three separate dates.
Do any of the following:
Download an individual item: Click
next to the item.Download an entire category: Click
next to the category name.Download all new content: Choose Final Cut Pro > Download Content Library.
