Change Always Allowed settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Always Allowed settings in Screen Time to choose what communication is allowed during downtime and which apps can be used during downtime or after an applicable time limit has been reached.
To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu and choose a family member (if you’re a parent/guardian in a Family Sharing group), then click Always Allowed.
If you can’t see Always Allowed, you need to turn on Screen Time for the selected family member.
